The month we have just started is full of events: lunch with work colleagues, dinner with friends you haven&#8217;t seen for a long time, family gatherings to share and celebrate together&#8230; For this reason, our kitchen team has prepared a super special menu that is at the height of these dates so marked. In this blog we present a menu prepared with great care and affection to celebrate with whoever you want in a magical place: the port of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.denia.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Denia<\/a>. Its price is 42 euros. per person. The menu will start with three starters at the center of the table:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Iberian ham and selection of cheeses.<\/li>\n<li>Brioche toast with foie micuit and Gir\u00f3 dol\u00e7 reduction.<\/li>\n<li>Deer carpaccio with a touch of old mustard and parmesan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It will continue with seafood bouillabaisse with Pernod. And there is a main course to choose from the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monkfish and scallop cannelloni with red shrimp.<\/li>\n<li>Rice with secret, mushrooms and foie.<\/li>\n<li>Beef tenderloin with flamed eggplant, dates and foie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To finish off the menu and leave with a good taste in your mouth we will have a special dessert: The 3 textures of pumpkin.
