Christmas is just around the corner. That’s why we have already prepared the company menus so you can enjoy a pleasant evening with the members of your team. So that you can remember the funniest anecdotes of the last year together, while you enjoy a rich and surprising gastronomy in a unique environment. The beauty of the port of Denia will accompany you during this day that will last as long as you want. Next we will explain in detail the 3 menus that our kitchen team, led by the manager Sergio Gilabert, has prepared.
3 different company menus because each team works in its own way
We have prepared 3 different types of menus. Each one with its peculiarities, one for the most sybarites, another for those who dare to try new things and, obviously, it is a special day, because it is usually paid by the boss.
GLAM AFTERWORK
This menu is priced at 30 € per person and consists of three starters: warm salad, Iberian ham and cheese board and secret and nougat. In addition, it has a main course to choose between these 3: -Carrillada Iberian stewed, parmentier and vegetables. -Fillet of grilled sea bass with vegetables. -Rice senyoret (noon). To finish off we have elaborated a spectacular dessert of Arnadí mousse. Water, beer, wine, soft drinks, cava and coffee are included during the meal.
BOSS PAYS
This menu consists of four starters, a main course to choose and a sweet moment to finish the meal. It is priced at 45€ per person. The starters are: -Valencian tomato. -Carved tomato, esgarrat, capellanet, ventresa and fine julienne of zucchini. -Iberian ham and cured cheese. -Eggplant and seaweed roll in its cream with thin veil of scallop.
The main course must be chosen among these options: -Cow sirloin steak with foie, flame grilled eggplant and date. -Sea bass and red shrimp suquet. -Rice with mushrooms, secret and foie.
The sweet moment will be enjoyed with a creamy cheesecake with fig jam. Please note that water, beer, wine, soft drinks, cava and coffee are included during the meal.
GOURMET EXPERIENCE
This menu is designed to give you a tribute. It is a full-fledged gourmet experience. It consists of several starters, a main course to choose and a sweet moment to finish with a good taste in your mouth. The starters are: -Iberian ham cut by knife. -Micuit of foie gras with fig jam and toasted brioche. -Carrusel of assorted seafood. -Red prawns, 2 langoustines, 4 shrimps and stuffed crab with its corals.
Main course to choose between: -Senyoret rice. -Beef sirloin with foie gras, flamed eggplant and dates. -Monkfish stew with clams and red shrimp.
The sweet moment is starred by the three textures of the pumpkin. A truly impressive morsel. Please note that water, beer, wine, soft drinks, cava and coffee are included during the meal.
